From initial design to executing the final details, our goal is to exceed your expectations.

This is our opportunity to understand the full scope of your project and introduce ourselves to you and our process. We will visit the site or existing residence to discuss your ideas or review the prepared plans if applicable. We will speak on goals, vision, design ideas, life habits, materials, etc. that begin to describe your project and personality.

Within 14 business days, we will review our proposal to you outlining our scope of work, estimated job cost, General Contracting fee, and estimated timeline for the entire project.

Once the proposal is approved, we begin developing and finalizing the plans, whether in house with our design team or a partnering architect. You will begin the design process of selecting color choices and materials with the design team, which in turn will be sent out for pricing. All designs will be documented in both spreadsheets and interior drawings. 3D illustrations allow you to precisely visualize what your project will look like with the materials chosen.

At our showroom, you will be able to make decisions on products ranging from exterior materials, millwork, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, closet designs to paint colors. At then end of this process, you will have a space you feel inspired and excited about and will be eager to see it come to fruition!
