For over two decades, Keith has managed residential and commercial building operations for a variety of projects in land acquisition, site development, sales, marketing and customer service. Keith successfully developed a custom luxury home building operation in Chicago for a national home builder. He is a licensed real estate broker and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University. Keith’s vision is to always build homes for his clients in the manner he would build his own home!

Lindsay grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and has been in the building industry for the past 17 years. Throughout Lindsay’s career she has gained many strengths that will help differentiate TriStone Development from their competitors.Some of these strengths include hands on experience in all phases of construction, strong commitment to Customer satisfaction and Quality Assurance, business operations, and has a strong knowledge of interior design. Being a mother, Lindsay understands how to create an environment that is functional, cost effective and aesthetically beautiful for families.

Back in 1995, Jeremy began his career in construction. Jeremy has had a deep passion about the construction industry since those early years! Jeremy started his own electrical contracting company which then led him to starting his own custom homebuilding company. He ran both for over 8 years until he was given an opportunity to work for one of the largest national builders where he expanded his relationships and sharpened his immaculate skill of scheduling.Jeremy has built his reputation on hard work, clear communication with clients, attention to every detail, and proficiency. Jeremy is committed to giving each and every client a finished product that exceeds expectations.

Coordinating every aspect of design in a project, Niki prides herself on her ability to listen to homeowners, and creatively bringing to life the space they have dreamed about. With over 16 years of design experience, and her immense knowledge of products and relationships with vendors, she is able to suggest materials that are just right for each unique client and project. While carefully navigating through hundreds of product details and working to stay within the project budget, Niki’s attention to detail ensures the coordination from design to installation is a smooth transition. Niki thrives in her ability to see a space in a new way, and deliver creative ideas on how best to maximize a rooms function.

Buck began his career in construction, working for a siding outfit for 5 years and then transitioning into the public sector where he worked for 21 years for municipal Public Works. During that time, he oversaw the streets and underground division as a foreman and played a vital part in the town’s growing needs for infrastructure and maintenance. He developed a true passion for working for a community and watching the growth of a small town develop. Through his 21-year tenure Buck developed many skills such as heavy equipment operations, concrete, asphalt, carpentry, and underground services. “One of many passions was working directly with the residents and business owners to ensure the quality of service that we provided.
